報告人簡介:

        1、 Ravi Prakash Singh：Ravi Singh is a chief wheat breeder, distinguished scientist and head of bread wheat improvement at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT). He has made a great contribution to China’s agricultural development over the past 30 years in sharing improved germplasm, knowledge about rust-disease resistance genetics and leading various types of training, which have resulted in the release of over 400 wheat varieties worldwide. In 2015, he won the China’s Friendship Award besides three provincial friendship awards.

      2、 Roberto Javier Pena ：Javier Pe& #241;a is a principal scientist and head of Wheat Chemistry and Quality Laboratory at CIMMYT for 31years. As a wheat quality specialist, he mainly studied the genetic control of key grain factors determining wheat processing and nutritional quality. Since 2014, he worked as an international consultant with CIMMYT-Global Wheat Program, provided technical support in quality issues to CIMMYT partners globally.
